Our Story

EtechMail was founded with a single, clear purpose: to make professional business email accessible and affordable for companies of every size. We saw too many businesses using generic free email addresses, hurting their credibility and missing opportunities because they lacked a professional email presence.

EtechMail is built and run by a small team of email infrastructure engineers. From day one, we focused on building email hosting that simply works—reliable, secure, and easy to manage—so our customers can focus on growing their business.

Today, EtechMail hosts business email on custom domains for freelancers, small businesses and growing teams. Our email hosting infrastructure is monitored around the clock, with spam and virus filtering and SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication on every domain.

Our Mission

Our mission is to make professional business email accessible to all companies—whether you are a freelancer setting up your first custom domain email or a growing company managing a hundred mailboxes. We believe that every business deserves a professional email address that builds trust and credibility with customers.

We invest heavily in email security, spam protection, and reliable infrastructure so that our customers can communicate with confidence. Learn more about creating a business email with your own domain.
